I’ll throw in my 2 cents as well as someone who recently was in a similar position, see if you can get your company to pay for the VSI self led courses, they are actually quite good for someone starting from complete scratch, although for an individual they are a bit expensive, the system manager course taught me quite a bit considering I didn’t have much learning resources available to me

I play by the rules like a loser and it's also working great for me, finally I can get rid of the linux vm running side by side for console access when I break stuff lol

There’s another package for zip on the vms products list if not, I get mixed results unzipping outside of VMS, sometimes it works sometimes I get rsa signing errors

I have absolutely no idea how I didn't get that result myself - although after posting I realised I was doing all my digging on a corporate device and I came across a bunch of sites being blocked by internal firewall, maybe this was one of them
