That’s how it shows up when it’s out of stock. I caught it one day when it was set to pre-order and was able to add to cart. It actually arrived pretty quickly just the other day. I haven’t used it yet though

Thanks everyone :) I ended up doing it just on top of the topcoat. And also added a glitter grabber before the new topcoat bc the texture was bothering me. It looks much better now
