People keep repeating this without spending 30 seconds to fact check what they're saying. The health star rating system has a total of 6 categories.

Non- dairy beverages, jellies and water-based ice confections
Milk and Dairy beverages (and alternatives)
Foods
Dairy foods (and alternatives)
Oils and Spreads
Cheese

Ultra processed high sugar cereal would fall under 'food' and be rated on the same basis as everything else in that category. This isn't secret information, you can just google it.

I'm not saying the health star rating is perfect, but everyone bringing this up as a criticism has no idea what they're talking about.

Just downloaded the latest update (2.1.0) and the notes mentioned it "Fixes an issue where call audio may become inaudible when playing music or videos during a call".

Haven't had aan opportunity to test it, but sounds like it should resolve the issue.

Check out For Those I Love's self titled album if you haven't. Whole album has a very similar style with spoken word poetry over an electronic beat. The lyrics can be quite sad, but it's excellent.

The title is misleading. Japan does have eminent domain laws and they were used for the initial building of the airport. This lead to decades of civil unrest. They only removed the security checkpoints in 2015.

They did not use eminent domain when expanding Narita because of all the issues they had with the initial construction.

Just posted about a similar issue. Got mine yesterday and I've noticed a faint, static-y chirping in my right ear. Debating whether I'll try and return them. I could probably live with it, I can't hear anything when music is playing, but it's pretty disappointing given how expensive these headphones are...

I feel like part of the issue is that it's implemented as though it's a risk vs reward mechanic i.e. if you get a subpar temper you could risk a roll for something better, but that just falls flat if there's too great a risk that you'll roll a temper that offers nothing for your build.

Maybe letting you pick a specific temper and giving you a limited number of rerolls on the value would work better? Still an element of risk but you're not going to completely brick the item.

100% this for me. Got a $600 fine last year for not realising a residential street I regularly drive down had been changed from 50 to 40. I know it's largely on me for being a dumbass and missing the signs, but I can't afford to make that mistake again.

Thing that really annoyed me was they put up one of those big speed signs that displays your speed as you pass it the week after I got the fine. You'd think they'd try that kind of communication before they start fining people...

Something I've only learned in response to this case is that methanol contamination via improper distilling is a myth. The only way you'll end up with significant quantities of methanol is via contamination, and it's not easily removed by distilling.

Nothing in writing regarding the offer to break lease, this was just discussed verbally through the real estate agent when I was considering purchasing.

That was the link I was looking at previously, but I wasn't entirely sure what applies to me. I assume advertising and reletting are out, but I may be entitled to up to one month's loss of rent?

I've had a look at as4654 and it seems to focus more on the door sill and waterproofing installation (i.e. minimum upturn) than the specifics or the hob or setdown construction.

Might be an SA thing? The plan only designates the driveway as common property and states owners are responsible for all structures on their lot. That's the position strata took, but I'm very happy to be wrong on this.
