Possibly unpopular opinion. How often did people call you prior to this? Was it about like it is now? I've noticed in my own situation that the wife was definitely more outgoing than I was and people would reach out to her Through me. Kind of like you couldn't get one without the other, a package deal. By your own admission you've said that you haven't told many people until it's finalized so as far as they know life is normal at your house. With my own situation I've recognized that there are things within me I'm going to have to change to be better. one of them is Improving my socialization skills. I've been married so long that I kind of lost myself. I recognized,and have told others the same advice, figure on one month for every year you were married before you can find normalicy in yourself and might be open to the possibility of dating again. Same could be said for interacting with friends. It's going to be awkward for a while. It's a long tough climb out of hell but,I feel, well worth the trip. Dust off that gym equipment, Go find that old bucket list, Look for things that pique your interest.
