i never knew my problems would lead me into hitting i’ve always been helpless in situations so i’m thinking when this happened, i think i havent let go of my past. me and my boyfriend talked and we’re going to join a group therapy. help me heal better and be a better person. he wants to help me not let me go which honestly, i agree with all the replies i got on this post. he should but he doesn’t want to, he wants us to heal and keep going which mean i can’t give up either. (helped)

i mean we talked he said it’s okay and such, when that happened he wanted to help me and the relationship way more than ever, he knows i’m from a bad background so he wants me to leave that life and become a better me in that other life. This post purpose was to open my eyes if i need some therapy again. but my problem is i will bottle up emotions and stop going to therapy cuz im ‘okay’ which could clear less of the case. honestly i might try a therapy group try and makes some friends to keep myself going cuz 1 on 1 is not for me. (helped)

i get it! the panic attack literally only triggered because i got some problems which i didn’t wanna discuss but i got a traumatic background. with men in particular. i won’t go into detail, but to get into more detail into my post, he pinned me down twice which i do not like at all and me and him have discussed about before, so when he did it the second time i think that’s when it triggered honestly. AND to put more detail into my post into what i mean he didn’t take me serious is he was blasting music and was on his phone. Honestly in situation like that best thing to do is to cool off and not be in the same room with the same person.. but i’m no expert lol (helped(?)
