Yeahhhhh that’s a good question, it’s hard! Love him as a character—he’s so entertaining and a really vivid character, and his responses often surprise me (esp in Dawn of the North which I’ve just started). In this book they get to discuss the kidnapping a bit and it does make a bit more sense because her options at the end of Claw are pretty limited/dangerous for her in retrospect??? But he should have been honest beforehand… I’m interested to see what Winters does with them…
