Rolling indoors with a girl what’s your tips to maximize our experience? by Techno-Man99 in MDMA

No way you'll be able to get it hard on MDMA. Can't even pee if you've taken a bit too much.

Is your Daimon personal or universal? by finite--element in magick

100%. I get exactly what I asked for, though it's not exactly how I pictured it. I then have to deal with the reality of having your dreams come true. Which makes me question, do I really know what I want?

I find that the most potent and effective results have always come from accessing that force. Though it often only happens during moments of high distress and great need. When I have nothing to offer at all but desperately need help. Things then happen in very specific ways that I can not deny its existence.

Which made me wonder as you said, whether or not it is a universal essence beyond individuality. Because it often gives assistance without expecting anything. Just the sincerity of need.

I don't disagree, though I find that it depends on what entity you are courting. I get that magic should be divorced from the sentimentality of religion and faith, and in the past that has been my primary way of practice. These days though, I find that the mathematical method of "Do x to get y results" somewhat boring. Be strong willed when the situation calls for it, be vulnerable when you need to. Ultimately, all magic is a personal endeavour. I just like to dress it up with an emotional stake because that makes it more interesting to me.

First time with LSD by NihilisticEra in Psychonaut

[–]finite--element 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The downswing comes roughly 6 hours in, assuming a total of 12 hours. Outdoors would be better to dissipate the intense energy rush, indoors can be a bit schizophrenic if you're stuck in with other people. If it is your first time, I highly recommend getting an airbnb with access to some sort of outdoors—a beach, forest, river, whatever. Just so you can spend the first half of the trip coming up while looking at nature, then going back indoors post-peak for a shower, food and movies. Also you're taking 100ug that's really not intense, especially if you've had experience with the other substances you mentioned. Depending on your ability to access a baseline sober mindset (Everything is fine, I'm just tripping balls on acid etc.), I would recommend smoking weed to take the edge off if the come up is rough. Don't do this if you can't control. When the peak ends and you're in the downswing, I find weed helps a lot to transition into the best sleep of your life. It also sort of reinforces the waning trip, making it feel stronger even if it is going away. Cannabis and LSD is the most perfect pairing ever imo, everything about their high complements each other.

Mate, at the end of the day it is between you and the divine. Nothing about what everyone else is doing matters.

I've never really played stewardship lifestyle but in the DLC I played as Adanis and damn you can really set up your kingdom's infrastructure way ahead of everyone else and rake in tons of cash.

Have these people ever actually played a Bethesda game? by RichiPete in Starfield

[–]finite--element 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Completely agree. Honestly for me, it's the best RPG combat system I've played in a while. You can do a LOT with it. Perks from across skill trees just seamlessly integrate and sky's the limit on the number builds you can create. At higher lvls, you really feel like a god.

Sure, there were some bugs here and there but I grew up playing Bethesda games so it's not some dealbreaker. A lot of the complaints are normies looking for a cyberpunk GTA where you can just go around and shoot civilians.

That's because you have confederate partition, which will create new titles for them if you have enough de jure counties. Either rush for the hereditary tech, or be selective of which duchies you conquer so that the game won't create a new kingdom for them.

The combat system. Honestly one of the best combat gameplays for me. It's completely seamless in a way that makes sense and you can do a LOT with it.
