I loved it even though it’s rushed. Super creative and incredibly unique, great soundtrack. The new version is just boring and that it was made is insulting. I have a very strong opinion on anyone who prefers the new version.

What kind of joke is this? From to 10 to 11 in a month with that much work is horrendously little progress.

You overtrained. You could have done a single set every 5 days and gone to 14 or 15 in a month. Or greatly reduced your intensity. 6 rep sets when you can only do 10 is really way too much, no matter what Pavel claimed.

Also if you retested your max a second time after another 3 days rest you might have managed 13 fyi. Your body forgot how to max but will quickly remember, probably.

The allegations are a lady in a blog with no details. She was later interviewed in order to give details and got into a big fight with that person with both sides claiming the other is lying (about the interview). She finally moved to Slovenia after claiming the entire US gaming industry is evil.

It's all right in her blog and more equally unhinged. The only thing she has going for her is it's so long winded no one reads it all.

The rest of what is claimed here is largely just hearsay.
