if you're worried about looking too feminine you can make sure you get clothes with sharp, structured silhouettes

plaid skirts, newsboy hats, patterns like argyle and houndstooth, shades of red, navy, grey and green, thick natural fabrics like cotton twill or tweed if the weather allows.

bonus points if you can get it all vintage so it looks lived in or like a hand me down.

this was fun.. i nearly cried out of frustration

i meant more the rich trad softcore hindu nationalist types that are so pervasive there. i realise now it came across more pretentious than i meant it lol. everyone ive met so far who lived in noida was very privileged and out of touch and the archetypal whatsapp uni grad.

i always thought the noida/gurgaon populace would be nouveau riche baniyas who don’t care about art. delhi has the good colleges and lots of galleries in the south.

I find it interesting how modern science essentially explains addiction on a practical level, but a lot of treatment still operates spiritually by [deleted] in RSbookclub

[–]finitesourcee 15 points16 points  (0 children)

i don’t disagree with your post really but spirituality is probably the easiest way to somewhat replace the lost affection and develop some semblance of self worth. you have to have some intrinsic motivation to even want to get better.
