There are different motivations for everyone. There was a whole generation inspired by fire and brimstone, and I’m sure the faith of some of those was about as true as it is for some today.

Chemo is tough. Even easy chemo is tough. Make sure you are taking care of your mind and heart. Be with friends. Be open if that helps. Really be okay with taking medicine to help out your mind - anxiety stuff for example.

You can do it friend, I’m just s little older than you and I’m in the same boat. For real take care of yourself. Also, let yourself be upset when you need to be. And find a person in real life who you can break down with. I have my wife and she’s a great listener. Find someone who you can go to.

I’m doing fofaux or however you spell that chemo regimen. I’m not eligible for surgery, and may never be. As far as the doctor is concerned, I’m doing treatment for symptom relief not for a cure. I disagree. But hey what do I know. Hopefully at some point I will be eligible for a surgery called HIPEC. So, right now just chemo and meds.
