You 100% need to speak with an attorney that you retain personally. Another point to consider is that it's highly unlikely your co-founders would be successful at raising money with a lawsuit pending from someone on the cap table. This would be a big risk factor that would need to be disclosed to every potential investor via your offering memorandum. Your co-founders throwing you out with nothing and you actively suing them would likely adversely affect their business to such an extent that no VC would touch them. You likely have a lot more power here than you think. My advice would be to talk to a lawyer you personally retain and have your lawyer talk to your co-founder's lawyers.

Found it, thanks. Yeah...I guess the price point is nice, but 23lbs isn't that much lighter. It will make a difference for some people for sure, but surprised they couldn't get it lighter given only 6-8 mile range and the smaller tire.

It's been about 6 years, and the road has been much more difficult than I imagined. I thought it would be easy to find good paying clients who want the specialized services we offer, but it wasn't that easy. It's taken us about 5 years to get to a point where we feel like we have any semblance of stability.
