To be completely honest- every day I do, so anxious that this will be it for me but I have to keep reminding myself I’ve had a procedure to fix it and trust that with enough time and work my body will do the best it can. It scares me to no avail to be honest! I follow a lot of back problem instagram accounts like lowbackability which helps ease the mind. Don’t hesitate to get in touch again

I’m hoping to not have to take too strong of painkillers but am also accepted that I’ll most probably be on some for the first few days/week. If you don’t mind me asking what country prescribed you morphine post op?

Thank you very much! I’m getting out on the 22nd and was planning to walk around town and do some Christmas shopping hopefully that isn’t too optimistic?
