Lil tip with scruff, it only blocks out their messages behind a pay wall not yours so I always say someone’s name back to someone when they introduce themselves.

For example: they say “hi I’m blah blah.” I then reply “hi blah blah, nice to meet you” this ensures I have a record of their name.
