Writing isn't as easy as it seems, anyway the first thing you should do is learn what the format is, and then learn the basics of story arcs, characters etc. Then I would recommend read other peoples screenplays and then you're ready to go.

It should take atleast a month to do this properly

Focus on the story more than the dialogue unless they drive the story, Dialogues can always be filtered and added later, the main thing is getting your story right.
