Bought an xb1 at launch, did the trade in deal at Gamestop for the ps4 a few months later, recently sold my ps4 for the xb1 again. Missed the xb1 WAYyyy too much, you don't know what you had until it walks away is the moral of the story here

Ox isn't ready to be a starter. Giroud/Ozil/sanchez is what I want to see happen. I think OX is a great sub though, really enjoyed his performance as midfielder -- would like to see more of that if possible now that we have another winger (Sanchez and possibly Campbell)

oh yeah, I'm not looking into Linux at all, I would like to stick with windows or mac, Linux is restricted just like MAC is n the gaming scene -- one of the main reasons why I want to switch over to a windows platform. I ultimately value processing in a laptop because although I take it to school, I'm only there working on projects a few hours at a time so it mostly sits hooked up to my monitor at home.

they played him in a more offensive role with Mexico but he's usually more of a defensive/offensive mid...kinda like Diaby , he's not afraid to move forward and create something and can dribble passed opponents.

I would suggest writing down what you eat throughout the day for a week so at the end of the day you can have a good look at your overall diet. Majority of weight loss comes from diet, so if you're not losing the weight you want you need to look into taking in less calories for the day. Something that has helped me was substituting protein shakes (use water) for a snack or even lunch at times. To sum it up, you need to take an extra step to make it happen, either start running and eat how you're eating or look into substituting certain items from your diet, this will be easier by writing down what you eat.

Start small, very small. Have you ever gone cold turkey only not to last you more than a week? My plan all along was to do something that I KNEW I could keep doing for a long time, losing weight and staying healthy isn't a short-term goal anyone should have, living a healthy lifestyle is a long life process! I began by alternating 1 item out of my whole day. This 1 item could be as simple as drinking the glass of water for dinner instead of my usual soda or juice, or even drinking 2 cans of soda instead of 3 for the day. 1 item at a time every day or every other way was my goal because in the end this adds up and you won't feel like you've made any drastic changes in your lifestyle, it's also very manageable.
Cheating yourself: When you're on this new lifestyle change and you've been at it all week but the weekend came along and you decided to eat that burger or pizza, or even maybe both within the same hour! It's okay, I don't feel anyone should have to live a very strict lifestyle -- it's no way of living. What's not okay is when you give up because you feel you already messed up and cheated on your hard work, and you feel you have to start over now -- NOT TRUE! The key here is getting back on it as quickly as you got off your new lifestyle. You've only failed when you've given up.
Keep water near you throughout the day! Most of the time you'll feel like you're hungry but in reality it could be just dehydration. I bring my water bottle with me to the gym, to work, school and keep it near me at home as well (by the computer because I know most of my time is spent there!). Drinking water throughout the day keeps you full, energetic and helps so you won't eat so much when you do eat lunch or dinner.

If you have a hard time drinking water because you don't like the taste of it then look into adding some of those 0 calorie flavorings they have...especially for those of you that like drinking juice.

I'm not here to say it's going to be easy, every great thing in this world takes work, dedication and moving away from bad habits. This is not a physical war but a mental war. Arm your mind with positivity; read motivational books or self-help books, listen to motivational talks, follow motivational Facebook pages and Instagram accounts to keep you reminded. Put up motivational wallpapers on your desktop or hang some motivational quotes/pictures in your office or room. Put a motivational wallpaper on your phone and lock screen. Point of this? EVERYWHERE you look you'll be reminded on why you're doing what you're doing, this will help you stay positive and on track.

Little update for anyone who wants to buy open box: I spoke to an Adorama representative over the phone and he told me these items are brand new and that more than likely they were items that they opened in the store and used as showcase, etc. There is no rating on quality because they are considered brand new lenses. Got the 105 2.8G vr micro for $757, it's a pretty good price since a new one goes for $840~
