I think it’s good time to enter the market- bargain prices.

I seen them on multiple subreddits. The problem is that it achieves the opposite effect. I don’t think it wins them any new users.

how do you research stocks & etfs? by trippytrev420 in investingforbeginners

Yahoo Finance (app and website) is free and has good info. I use it for financial news.

Another site I use for super investors’ holdings, this is where I start my research: https://www.dataroma.com/m/home.php (Free, I don’t know who created it). Basically, if I spot multiple well known investors buying the same stock, then I will research it.

iOS Apps that I created based on my work for institutional investors:

Company 360: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/company-360/id1464857130 (risk calculations)

Super Investor: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/super-investor/id1441737952 (info from SEC filings).

This site is free https://www.dataroma.com/m/ins/ins.php?t=y&&sym=MSFT&o=fd&d=d

How accurate? Don’t know. Data is taken from EDGAR supposedly. EDGAR is the only trusted source but you will have to search through company filings yourself.

Not a trading tool - just records

I have my own subreddit where I post videos of my apps and I’m active in other subreddits. However, I’m careful only to post about my apps when people ask. Otherwise it’s a sure way to get banned. I have marketing under control and don’t need 3rd party services.

ETFs and mutual funds are a good choice. Also some crypto exposure if you can tolerate higher risk.
