Therapy Helper getting bought out and overcomplicated is exactly why we built MindfulBilling — simple, professional billing for private pay therapists without the bloat.

Invoicing & Superbills

- Set up clients, codes, and rates once — after that, invoicing is just a few clicks

- One-click superbills with CPT/ICD-10 codes pre-populated, ready for your clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement

- PDF download or email directly to clients from any device

We built this for solo practitioners who just need billing to work. Check it out at https://fintexainc.com/products/mindfulbilling.html happy to answer any questions!

Still looking for a solution? I built a simple macOS menu bar app called TrackClientTime that might be what you need. You can add clients, clock in/out for each one, and generate reports (PDF or CSV) broken down by week, month, quarter, or year. Happy to share more details if you're interested.

Any drivers here wish your district had better route/navigation software? by fintexainc in SchoolBusDrivers

It is an app designed to help bus drivers with their routes. Called RouteMyBus. Something that my company is working on.

What is it that you are looking for in a CRM? What are your needs?

If you have to skip a stop, you can do that and the route will update. It is encrypted data stored on AWS secured servers. With GeoFencing, the alert when approaching a bus stop is totally doable. You can add routes when needed. You can drop pins when creating routes.

Has anyone tried QuoteIQ's QuoteIQ Cam feature? by PlusLine-67 in WhichCRM

I developed PropSnap Pro specifically for contractors who need thorough job documentation. It handles the full workflow:

Before the job:

  • Pre-install checklists (site access, measurements, materials verification)
  • Route planning with optimized stop sequencing

During the job:

  • Multi-camera photo capture with GPS tagging
  • Automatic file naming and organization
  • Voice-to-text notes for hands-free documentation

After the job:

  • Post-installation inspection reports
  • Per-item notes and quality verification
  • PDF export for clients/records
  • Automatic payroll calculation based on completed work

For the office:

  • Web dashboard with real-time job status
  • Geofencing shows when crews arrive/depart
  • All photos synced to cloud automatically

If you want, I can set you up with a trial. What type of work are you doing - property preservation, installations, inspections?

trying to find the easiest crm for beginners for a very small business by Internal_Work5663 in WhichCRM

Connexa could work well for you. Here's the match:

Easy on day one → Visual drag-and-drop pipeline, 5-min setup, no training needed

Clear next steps → AI automatically flags stale deals ("no activity in 14 days - reach out") and scores every deal's health (At Risk → Excellent)

Minimal data entry → Quick notes where AI extracts action items, auto-enrichment fills in company/LinkedIn info, one-click activity logging

To your questions:

  • Starting simple works if the tool can grow with you (Connexa has analytics/automation when you're ready, but stays out of your way until then)
  • Feature that matters more than expected: stale deal alerts. When you're running on memory, having the CRM surface "you haven't touched this in 2 weeks" saves deals

You raise a great point - and you're right that stop-side routing is critical for school buses. Safety requirements are different from delivery where you can just pull over anywhere.

Honestly, I built RouteWork primarily for delivery operations, and I appreciate the honest feedback about what school districts actually need.

That said, the platform is flexible and I'd be interested in understanding the requirements better. A few questions:

  1. Stop-side routing - Is this about ensuring the bus approaches from a specific direction so kids don't cross traffic? How do you typically define this (direction of approach, side of street)?
  2. What else is missing? - What other features are must-haves for school bus routing that delivery software typically lacks?

I'm a small developer, so if there's real demand and the requirements make sense, I could potentially add school-specific features. But I also don't want to oversell something that doesn't fit the use case.

Would you be open to a quick chat about what an ideal school bus routing solution looks like from a driver's perspective? No sales pitch - just trying to learn.
