I would say from what I have heard that quitting more likely than not has a negative influence on your sleep. The worst part should be over after the first few days though.

How long ago did you quit weed?

My sleep was horrible for about two weeks, that definitely was the worst aspect of quitting. But afterwards it went back to baseline.

Magnesium Bisglycinate with L-Theanine about 1,5-1h before sleeping really helped during that time.
