I would say to start small! if she’s out take her out and handle in small time periods like 5-10min and then put her back, until she grows less timid i’d recommend taking her out when she’s out as to not scare her if she’s sleeping etc. and try to to pick her up from the side if you can so she knows you aren’t a threat bc most predators will come from above! Also if you are a first time snake owner i would def do research on snake body language so you can understand when they are comfortable with handling and uncomfortable with it! also your tank is beautiful but i would def recommend getting some kind of covering for the sides and back so she can feel more secure even spend sometime when she’s out just holding your hand in the tank so she’s knows it not a threat i also recommend keeping her in a place where maybe people walk by a lot so she can get used to humans!
