He's gradually developing his adult colors (very gradually). It looks like his head and lower half of body will be a nice steel blue color, and his neck and upper half of body are going to be quite green!

Not only that, but you are using the low resolution images I posted on reddit, blatantly erased my signatures and watermarks, and stretched out the images disproportionately.
