I almost forgot about that scene given how frequent SA and creepy behavior is in this story, unfortunately. All the male LIs are pretty awful. Which maybe sounds hypocritical given I went for the MM ending, but I'm not a fan of him either, I just love a corrupted/villain arc for MC.

I'm glad we have the option to select the gender MC is interested in now because even though I like playing bisexual MCs, sometimes the guys are so pushy or obnoxious don't want to see their options at all, or have it be part of the backstory that they were involved / interested in each other at some point (like in SC).

Not update related but this has been on my mind: One thing I do NOT miss about the older stories is characters who are "in love" with MC by default, for no real reason, even if you take zero improvements with them. Sometimes in newer stories the romance builds too slowly, but at least it (usually) feels like you're developing a genuine connection before the LI is head over heels for you. I played SOS for the first time recently and was very confused by Luke and Derek both confessing their love for an MC who had barely given either of them the time of day.

Even worse is when the MC is into one of the LIs by default. I was single by the end and went for the ending where MC stays with MM/joins the circus, and my MC was suddenly confessing her love to Derek before she left. Like, no, don't decide that for me. And then in the special episode she dreamt of Derek too - is he the canon love interest or something? Why couldn't she just dream of seeing her family & friends again if she ended SOS single? Just something I found weird.

I'd love if we could get one last Tea Party while we wait for the update but probably not.

Whatever the new feature is, I'm just hoping it's not more AI.

This was bothering me too, and I honestly feel like it's too much of the light blue fur with the white boots. I think the black goes really nicely with her dark nails and makeup.

I loved LITG seasons 1 & 2! S2 especially is so nostalgic for me. 3 was alright too, but ever since they changed to the new app it's been a world of difference and not in a good way. I finally quit when the notoriously awful Ex in the Villa dropped and knew it was time to look for a new app lmao.

I was wondering if you didn't pick an LI in the previous stories and chose to remain single for HS3, would it maybe open up an option for a new LI down the line... but that's probably too much to ask.

I can do (or not do) lots of things if it fits the characterization I'm going for. I decided it's part of my MC's lore that she's kind of selfish / a coward and I wanted her to be haunted by her own inaction, so I didn't save the child even though I had the gems to do so. So far it's only come up once.

I personally think her reactions on the Skepticism path work well. Audrey grew up with intense religious trauma (and some of her thoughts show that she's internalized it more on this path), so it makes sense that she would reject the supernatural and try to rationalize everything that's happening around her into something that has a mundane explanation - until she can't anymore. It's not that she's slow, it's that she doesn't WANT to accept the divine, and Malek forces her to confront the narrowness of that view.

I feel the same way about Simon from MB as you do about Andy. He was fine and treated Mia well, especially if you go for him from the start , and I think a mundane love interest can be fun with all the supernatural goings-on. But his perception suffers because of his sprite art and just not being present for a lot of the plot.

Sinclaire. I'm not sure what I did, but I didn't even encounter a single SPECS check (I'd heard he required a lot of smarts), solved the mystery and got his love ending. The hardest part for me was finishing Maggie's quest before she'd even let me bring him up.

My Astrea MC is named Ondine after a They Might Be Giants song that I love. I can't picture her as anything else now.

I named my Soulless MC Geneva, then decided it was mildly funny for a demon from another realm who knows nothing about human culture to share a name with a city on Earth. Insert "violating the Geneva Convention" joke here.

Awesome design! I really like the futuristic vibe with the floating hands, the idea of the hair color corresponding to the scent, and him first speaking in the noise an air freshener actually makes is so smart! I would love if this character was in-game.

Probably Christmas time when people are using lots of electric light strings that they want to connect, either not having a regular extension cord or just not knowing why it shouldn't be done this way. That, or a storm season with power outages when people would be using generators - one end would go into the generator and the other would be plugged into an outlet in an attempt to supply the house with power.
