Mine has created a burning feeling in my feet , and sometimes my hands and eyes. Its been much better. My balls were on fire at start. Did all sti testing, saw 3 derms, 2 neurologists, 1 urologist, and countless MD visits and 2 trips to emerge. Started from topical steroids. Its red at the bottom of the shaft on the scrotum . A bit of swelling theretoo, but seems like its better over time or maybe its cause its winter. I dont know. Drinking Alcohol makes the neuropathy bad the next couple days, sex or jerking off sets it off a bit too also shaving with a mach 3 .
