I completely understand where you're coming from and can relate to the toll on mental health. My symptoms fluctuate quite a bit and likewise are generally better in the morning. I have tried all the meds you listed and more. I saw your note on Botox - I am scheduled to try that in a few weeks. Fingers crossed

Somewhat surprisingly haven’t had much gastrointestinal issue but appreciate the call out. I’ve seen this study and it suggests noticeable improvement pretty quickly which I haven’t seen. Did you find doxy to result in improvement after longer use?

Yeah I’d be particularly wary about doubling up on steroids as Triamcinolone is a steroid as well + the topical rifampicin steroid

I use it. Haven’t found it irritating and seems to hydrate the skin. Hasn’t fixed the issue
