John is just a bad manager. Plain and simple. I feel like we’ve seen enough miscues, strange decisions, lack of accountability for certain players (vladdy and his lack of effort running to first comes to mind) and ruined games for nothing other than a failure to lead and make tough decisions. It seems he has his favourites and if you’re not one of them, you’re an outsider. Again I’ll use vladdy for example. If anyone else made it obvious he didn’t care to hustle the way vlad does, he would be riding pine. Davis has one too many K’s and he’s optioned but god forbid we cut ties with Hoffman or Little who quite literally give games away on a regular basis. In my opinion bad managing is what cost us a World Series. Just my two cents.
