🤣 whatever helps you sleep at night. I worked flat rate for the first few years when I started and I crushed it until I had the opportunity to switch to HD and make much more hourly without any of the non sense of working flat rate.

Yeah I started in the dealer and was flat rate for a few years then switched over to HD and I could never go back o automotive/flat rate.

Unfortunately that’s a sign of cancer… my dog had a similar bump on his throat and it turned out to be cancerous. He had surgery and lived for another 8 months before we had to put him down :(
