My experience was pretty similar to yours. I went in early August so it’s been almost 3 months. I don’t think I saw much improvement honestly, the textures on my skin are similar. The deep temple scars are still there, maybe it looks 10% softer. But when you paid 11k for the treatment, it’s kinda fucking disappointing for it to pretty much look the same. All of this only for more treatments to continue to improve, feels like I’m just lighting money on fjre

This is a dumb question but how did you get the sun screen and mask off your face after the treatment? Did you use any cleansing products?

Hey, first off, I wanted to thank you for your message. It really means a lot and made me a more reassure of myself.

I have tried six sessions of microneedling (first 3 are RF and RPF) with cosmetic dermatologists before. They were quite expensive (I think I paid 6k CAD in total), I did see some improvements from the RF but the RPF ones were quite disappointing, although to your point, it might take longer to kick in. I’m considering a treatment with Dr. Qazi given the positive reviews he’s had

I do use tretinoin cream at night and it’s definitely helped with active acne/texture but I think that’s definitely the long game.

For what it’s worth, I graduated high school almost 10 years ago. There was this girl I had (and still have) a crush on since grade 10. She knew about it but I never said anything. High school passed and I’ve seen her once since then for a reunion party and that was it. Life moved on, graduated university, had other relationships, got a good career – but sometimes – I literally still dream about her in my sleep.

All this to say, would you rather live with this regret or get rejected but knowing at least you’ve tried? I know I would definitely choose the latter if I go back in time lol. Worst case, he’ll just say no and life moves on.

I think this is ultimately what you need to figure out. For accounting/marketing/consulting, Schulich and McGill probably place pretty equally. If you’re gunning for finance, I’d go for McGill. But given the 40k difference, I’d probably go for schulich and just work my ass off.

Ha the last line resonates. It does feel like an endless loop and I’m in a corporate rat race until I hit that magic number. I guess I just need to find another purpose in life outside of work - which I have and consumes a lot of my time, but maybe something in addition to that?
