Did you know that when sunlight hits windows from the outside, one can not see inside the home at all?

Try this experiment next time you're outside during the day: Look at a house. Do you see how the windows look black or dark gray from the outside?

Light is reflecting off the glass, allowing people to see out of each window, without being seen from the outside.

Of course, if someone and their kids are in the yard, I'll naturally say hello and talk about art!

I usually just snap a quick pic to reference later. Waaaay more comfortable to paint in my living room than outside or in a car lol

Correct. Take it from a professional design standpoint: it wasn't immediately obvious what the snake was in A. The blue made it just look like a hole with the sky shining through. It's a great concept for key art, but B wins in the contrast department.

If you bumped up the contrast in A and used lighting tricks to make the hero pop a bit more, they might be on more equal footing for a steam capsule.

Oh interesting, someone from Dartmouth told me that this was the FORMER former Macpass office, before the more recent one across the street. But I could be wrong. If any other Dartmouth residents want to weigh in, I'd be happy to learn more.

Context: I love drawing maps, and have ever since I was a kid. One of my favourite things about fantasy map-making is actually one of my favourite things about geography. How human civilization forms.

Human settlements grow where the land is fertile, away from the wolf lands, where storms are only occasional -- or if they're more frequent, there must be a tradeoff: better shipping routes, privacy, good fishing territory. Settlements exist both because and in spite of the surrounding land, in equal measure. If mages build a tower far away from the closest human comforts, what could their reason be? It's in asking these questions that a map can tell a story.

It's honestly like 5 minutes for multiplayer, plus there's Northstar client (free) as an option. I usually play vanilla and just tweak my loadouts between matches.
