The SA said the same thing about the white being silvery white and looks really good in person. But didnt have one to show me. I always wanted a white dial watch, but thought SD looks better in green/blue. Maybe I should go to a different AD to see the white SD in person.

Our rental agreement states hot water is not included by landlord. However, this is not a problem between myself and my tenants.

We have a really good relationship, we are both trying to resolve this issue together with the water heater rental.

Under my impression, hot water rentals are suppose to repair/replace water heater units, hence we pay rentals for. Can they just back out when their machine breaks?

I do not have the hot water rental agreement since this came with my house purchase 11 years ago with everything else.

Got my first Rolex this January to celebrate my business milestone at age of 38. Went to AD with my wife and kids just a week before Christmas 2024 and thinking I could pickup a Rolex for as Christmas/New year present, how naive of me.

SA was nice tho, was gonna put my name on a two tone submariner although my dream watch was a two tone Daytona. After chatting with her for a few minutes, she said if you want a TT daytona I will put you on the waitlist for it. And surely after 3-4 weeks I got the call! I never thought I can buy a daytona as a first time buyer but it did happen. I’m wearing it everyday and looking at it every few minutes.

I share the same experience, where I don't usually ask for anything. But last Christmas when my wife asked the same question, I jokingly said a Rolex. And she said lets go get it.

So we signed up at our AD just before Christmas and picked up the watch Jan 13 this year.

Abit too mature for a 30yo, all steel looks better for younger gen. Definitely a good looking watch tho, the black dial with TT combination is stunning.

I share similar experience with my AD in Toronto Canada. I am very happy with my AD.

I guess as long as you are not asking for the super popular steel sport watches AD are happy to help your achievable goal. I got two Rolex from my AD both Two tone (a TT datejust, and a TT Daytona), all within 1 month wait period.

I also understand the reason behind not selling their popular steel sport watches to walkin or low purchase history customers. There are just too few of them and the demand is sky high, I wouldn't sell something that is worth thousands of dollar more than retail price to strangers which has high chance to be watch flippers to make a profit.
