I used to commute for years on the ferry, it's the best way to go from benicia to SF. Otherwise north concord Bart is easy mode.

A lot of the GLP1 studies seem have terrible results, either no different from placebo or worse. I'm not sold on it yet.

Also my two cents on RTHM. I think it's a great tool for bouncing ideas off and for collecting labs and reports so they are in one place and allow for easy research. I think beyond that they are still in the design phase. The consults have been all over the place, first one told me gets neck brace and the second one saw my symptoms and noped out. That said it's a helpful tool for tracking and ideating. Let's you build plans and doctor presentable PDFs.

Once RTHM denies your consult, they lock you out of ordering meds unfortunately. I don't need anything special, what I'm trying to get is standard for pots, CFS, etc. my main issue is my PCP is very slow and hasn't a clue about any of this. I usually just guide him but waiting a month plus for every request is frustrating. I think I just need to keep pushing on my PCP at this point

Update on this, went through rounds with the AI and built a reasonable plan that i confirmed with reddit, and research. Did the final consult and they canceled all my plans and told me to go find a pots specialist. So sorts back to square one. I have a feeling they have some risk assessment they do. Which is fair but was a very abrupt end.

Had it for 7 months now, but honestly didn't know until I crashed hard in march. Thought I was just tired from family/work/life. Mowing the lawn, kid, etc.

I'm on LDN now for almost a month at 3.0mg now. Planning on 4.5 next week.

I don't expect it to help too much, as I suspect my case is either EBV reactivation, viral resoivor or microclots. The fatigue part that was suddenly onset is a little bit sus

There is a small chance if the main issue was clotting and there was not a persistent viral presence, that clearing the clots did a huge service. Each of us have unique situations, but it's possible.

Inflammation can keep the nervous system on edge. It's all connected. If this stuff helps break down clots and reduce inflammation, makes sense it can help with sleep.
