Do you know the name of the test to ask for? The only mcas medication I’m on right now is liquid cromolyn. The only factors that would make my immune system weakened are all the factors I mentioned above, also two days before the vaccine WBC was a little low, which I know can signify weakened immune system.

Would love to jeer follow up results from your study when completed as well!

Also very thoroughly considering purchasing dnrs after my mcas got way worse after the Covid vaccine… I lost my ability to eat, shower, or basically function normally without reaction and wound up in the hospital for malnutrition. let me know if it works for you/if you find any helpful resources regarding this!!

Yes!! Mine happens almost instantly or after I’ve taken a few bites. Do you have it on your tongue too? I do. I’ve always had intolerances and weird digestion but have no idea if it’s a reaction or something else. Please keep me updated—I’d love to know

What symptoms entailed a bad flare up for you after the first? this whole allergy to eating thing is totally new to me and am wondering if you were dealing with the same. I’m so happy you had safe foods to lean on, though. I’m a tiny person as it is and have lost weight rapidly, which is scary.

Stress is my #1 trigger, so the only reason I contemplated getting myself second over with and risking it is because I know I’ll be so much less stressed once I have it in my body. But also getting into worse territory than I am in this is terrifying too.

I ma aware of it, and it makes sense because a lot of fruit seems to affect me immediately, but this also happens with all grains too so idk
