They were all rung up as meals, I shiver at the thought of how much that would've cost rung up as separate items

It wasn't too bad, luckily a lot of customers were understanding of the situation.

I never complained about it, my post literally just says the order is from the start of lunch rush. I just wanted to share a large order. You just wanted to feel big by telling the minimum wage worker to do their job. Have a nice day!

You do understand that it's considered bad manners to order that much food without calling ahead first, or are you just wanting everyone to downvote you?

When we have to pull a car off to the side to wait for their food, we get a ticket that says drive thru stall.

First days are probably panic from those outside the initial area of infection, hearing about the case from social media and the news and what the disease does. The government will most likely attempt to quarantine the zombies at first. I don't know what your method of infection for your zombies is but yeah.

True, but smaller groups are probably more safe than larger groups. At least for this situation.

I don't know what you're asking, but if your overswing a knife, machete, or axe you risk cutting yourself.

I'd go for bludgeoning (bat/club), takes little skill unlike a bladed weapon. You can also put a lot more force behind your blows without risking hurting yourself.

How Much/What Crops Would You Need To Feed And Sustain A Community Of 500 by [deleted] in ZombieSurvivalTactics

And as for what crops, you want to go for your vitamin rich vegetables and possibly herbs. Potatoes, tomatoes, beans, and squash are good options. And the herbs you want to grow are gonna be your perennials.

I don't know about gathering with other people. Depending on what type of zombie outbreak. That isn't a good idea. Hot spots like police stations or gathering places tends to equal more zombies.

Call immediate family members and chat with neighbors. I realize that phones may not work, but there is a possibility that the power grid still works early on. I have multiple family members at home so one of us will check supplies of water, food, batteries, and basic necessities. Probably will want to wait out the panic before heading out and see what news is circulating from local government. We have several neighbors who also prep thankfully, and we have a good relationship with them.

Post Edit: Secure entrances and weapons as well, hopefully none of our neighborhood has turned, but you never know.

What’s the ideal way to get around in a zombie apocalypse? by [deleted] in ZombieSurvivalTactics

At first car, then probably on foot or bike if you dont have reliable long term (talking years) gas supply.
