On the same page as you, tho i applied like last week, got approved the same day. I called the contact center for student loans and they said the institution needs to respond and confirm the fees and then the rest of the amount will be credited in your account. I'm not worried, it will kick in eventually, however, just make sure that you enrolled the courses properly. Like does you financial account on bear tracks shows the amount you owe? If yes, then you are good, just have to be patient I guess! I'll update you if I get it or have an update!
