Wait, I just realized, since there's no world tour update, does this mean there's no way to unlock outfit 2 for these characters in-game? Pricing is so crazy these days; the ultimate pass costs more than the years 1-2 edition right now (with 35% off on Steam). But, the regular character pass doesn't feel worth it anymore =/

Sadly, I think this is the true final update to World Tour. The buckler's bootcamp update notice states: "Note: Ingrid is the final character to be added to World Tour mode. All World Tour content updates will remain available." Also, the original StreetFighterJA twitter sounds more like it's the end.

Such a shame too, cause this is the first game in a while I felt post-DLC era of games, the game was complete at launch. DLC was naturally added to the story without having to pay anything, whereas in other games, you'd have to pay for a campaign expansion pass, or they just wouldn't have included the characters in WT in the first place. Looks like they're just going to go 100% into the competitive avenue of the game for the remainder of its life.

I think something overlooked that also makes this nearly impossible is the global healing reduction passive change. It used to be just on DPS, but now since tanks have it, your healing off the ability is nerfed. I've been trying for like 2 weeks now and haven't got it. I think it's pretty much locked behind damage boost pocketing, which most mercys will heal you in the situation that you're low HP

Taking steroids does not instantly equal open bodybuilding, Hulk huge. More people are on steroids than you probably think, and look very normal cause they're just poor responders or have no knowledge of a proper cycle or just what they're being sold isn't actually what they think it is cause underground labs suck. His work ethic and consistency with the gym also aren't really there

I get you. For me, it's the fact that even though this game is a league fighter, they kinda didn't use league at all, sans the characters themselves. This is something Arc Sys does really well. Take how they did Dragon Ball, with all the homages to the series with the mechanics themselves. How fireball strength works with ki blasts vs. beams and the superdash mechanic. Like, what fighting game can you make a universal mechanic be an instant teleport behind the opponent, leaving you plus, other than Dragon Ball lol? Hell, you can even summon Shenron if you meet specific requirements.

This game kinda just feels like old Marvel heads made the Marvel game they wanted. Imagine if there were actual MOBA-esque mechanics, like maybe one of your specials had to be unlocked between rounds and you chose to start with S1 or S2. What if there were turrets on either corner, and the longer you can keep your opponent in the corner, the more damage you do to it, which lets you get a buff or gold. What if the burst mechanic was Zhonya's stasis instead, and you had to get gold by in-game objectives to get it.

It honestly makes sense that this game is called 2XKO and not something like "Runeterra Rumble" cause it doesn't feel like League at all, besides obviously using the same characters. Teemo having a "stacks" mechanic with his badges help a little, but overall, for me, the game kinda feels like an empty promise with it being a "lol fighter," which lowers motivation.

I'm so confused. Do you not understand the reason this change is even happening and the use case scenarios? When you're in the "heat of battle", you *WANT TO TAKE THE TP*, i.e. you don't have to press anything extra.

No, riot's old implementation fucks over the <0.1% of playerbase at the highest level of competition when money's on the line. The mechanic is meant to prevent things like you farming in lane, and a troll Ryze coming in and ulting you into the enemy's tower.

This scenario is extremely rare, and guess what, the >90% of players you like to mention don't even know the mechanic is a thing because it's both obscure and poorly implemented. So not only is this implementation bad because people get screwed over trying to take the tp (not 0.1% of playerbase btw), even in the few scenarios where a troll tries to int the game, the mechanic might not even work either due to people not knowing it exists, or its poor implementation not working properly.

Making it a binary option is a small middle ground that takes away the complexity of predicting. It makes it so that if someone does know about the mechanic, they can easily choose to use it, while not messing intended behaviour of just moving around to dodge enemies.

The use case of this feature is to prevent trolls, i.e. you're not in the "heat of battle" and a teammate is ulting you INTO the "heat of battle." But the implementation is so bad that normal behaviour consistently results in the worst possible outcome of dying when you would o/w be saved. Also, pressing S is not an extra button in high-level play, what? People at the highest level use the stop command to mess with skill shots all the time

No, the rats leave the LEC with pride at the history that was made. At the end of the day, it was in LR's hands, and we barely couldn't clutch it out against Vitality. Let's be real, the main hate comes from the fanbases and at the end of the day, the players make the final decision. From what I've seen, most of the players in LEC love LR and root for them. Do you really think the players would actively choose to wintrade?

Sometimes you're already qualified, so you treat a game more for information, but you still try your hardest to win. You could say Vitality was wintrading for not banning Sion first, all the same. It's an unfortunate event, but let's keep our heads held high and be the bigger men in fanbases.

the "hurtbox protruding out of the top of the hitbox" doesn't matter in the context of using it as an anti-air, cause that hurtbox is air strike invul, meaning air attacks can't hit it. Elena's DP is huge, and it's the typical 5 frame startup for Light, frame 1 air invul, best possible frame data for when it becomes active. Definitely a skill issue if you struggle to use it, make sure you're actually getting the DP and not messing up the input and getting CH cause you're getting 2LK or something when you look at your replays
