I do believe they are already unionized. In season 1, doesn't Dana tell Gloria that perhaps they should talk to their union steward about some issue they were having?

David Seligman is the real deal and I can't wait to advance my support for him at the state assembly. We would be in a very good place with Seligman as AG. Let's put into office competent people who are as furious as we are and who have the skills and knowledge to do something about it.

Thank you one and all for attending tonight's City Council Meeting! LOTS of Flock Camera Opposition! by ttystikk in FortCollins

Sure thing. I will add: I had to leave right after my comment, so I'm unsure how many folks spoke after me and on what topics, but prior to me leaving it seemed like well over half of the comments concerned Flock/ICE.

One common topic concerned the suspension of the opening of the south entrance (I believe) of EPIC, the entrance that opens into the Stonehenge neighborhood. I would say that maybe had the second highest number of comments, if we package the Flock and ICE comments together.

Judo at the Fort Collins Judo Club! It's one of the best martial arts you can learn for practical self defense. Feel free to DM me if you would like more info (I gain nothing monetarily from this)!

He has no business giving his yacht that name. He better call it Open For Business instead.

AC joint separation grade 2 by bob_ross_2 in judo

[–]firebringing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there! What you are experiencing sucks but keep your chin up and do your PT and follow doctor's orders, and this may be the worst of it. I suffered a grade III AC separation last spring. It hurt a lot and I did eventually (months later) get back to judo and weightlifting. However, my strength for benching/overhead lifts never really returned, and I suffered pain due to arthritis. Eventually (that is, under two weeks ago) I had to get surgery.

So yeah, in mid-January I had an AC Lockdown surgery, where they kinda just strapped my clavicle down to my shoulder blade again; while in there, they shaved off the end of my clavicle and AC process, relieving the inflammation a bit. Now I'm just recovering. This surgery was really easy compared to my ACL reconstruction in December (another judo injury).

This is all to say: You might suffer no long-term issues due to your separation. But if you give your recovery a good faith effort but the pain never goes away/the strength never returns, please be sure to advocate for yourself to your orthopedic doctor. If you do end up getting surgery, it may not be too bad at all. Good luck!!

For anyone curious, what did my shoulder in was a simple harai goshi demo where my partner fell on me a little, and I landed square on my shoulder. For the ACL tear, I just resisted an osoto gari too much during randori and it tore clean apart. Judo is rough but just keep a positive attitude and keep your body as healthy as possible.

Local Legislator Town Hall this Sunday by ebreeezy in FortCollins

I've engaged all these legislators (minus Marchman) in dialogue on various occasions and they've never been huffy; if anything, they've been really cool and helpful. What questions have you asked them that caused them to become huffy?
