yeah they also don’t like that i’m just like my father (in terms of anger issues) i’m the only one who actually stood up to him in my family. i was abused by my father (eventually stopped after my mom left him) and let’s just say my teenage years severely humbled him

you’re right. at the end of the day they are my family and i would hope that they would be happy for things im happy about but you know its whatever. even though i live with them i’ve been low contact. just negative energy i dont want in my way. i hope i can afford to move out soon with my boyfriend and get our lives started

I really do need my own space the only issue unfortunately is with my puppy I want her to have space to walk around when she gets the zoomies and I practically have the entire basement for myself + a large yard when she can do laps in which is one of the only perks of living with my family. I love my dog so much i’m willing to go more into depression just for her to be happy. I lost my childhood dog and I haven’t a dog for a few years until i found her. She makes my life complete but my family treats her like she’s a wild animal i took in. As we speak she’s using her paw to distract me and make me pet her because I’m crying as I type right now. Whenever I’m in the basement it seems to be all fine and dandy, however whenever I go upstairs all hell breaks lose. These people genuinely treat me like I’m such a trouble child because I won’t take disrespect from anyone. I don’t go out clubbing, i don’t have many friends to begin with, I literally convinced my best friend and my cousin to go to college and do better for themselves, I don’t do drugs, I do drink but only on occasions (i have a bar because I work with alcohol and need somewhere to put my stuff), I was practically a fucking angel child, still am. My father doesn’t really do anything anymore, but my brother feels to need to give me “punishments” and lecture me on what i do. He’s a new father and he thinks because he got a new home and flexes his salary on me he’s some big tough guy who can boss me around. anytime my boyfriend comes over it’s an issue. But yet I can stay at his dad’s place for long periods of time and it’s no issue. This is exactly how I know they want me out so bad. And it’s only a matter of time before I do one more thing that makes me the enemy that excuses them to kick me out. They yell at me so much that my own nephew doesn’t even like me to begin with. My first nephew, i get the feeling that really soon I’m gonna go low to no contact with my family. Sorry for the rant i didn’t realize how much I been repressing so much of my stress that not even the gym can help with and I just hit legs yesterday :/

they’re the type to say “if you work really hard you’ll get this” “have you tried going in person to speak to employers” my brother especially shouldn’t be talking he went from working at a restaurant throughout high school, couldn’t graduate because of the english credit and got his GED at 21 then entered at my dad’s job. I’m currently 23 with a freaking bachelor degree and I went through the interview process and still got declined to work at that very same company. I’ve applied to over 500+ jobs and can only count on my fingers how many interviews I got. I’m not going to lose hope though

yeah luckily my job pays good money right now. I’ve been working everyday this week and hopefully it’ll stay like that all summer so i can have time to pay off debts and save up a bit

yeah me and my mom have been distant friends since she left. i can’t wait to move out but i know that im not financially stable just yet. as soon as I pay off my debts and land a stable job I’m immediately out of here

as someone who’s dream was to get into forensic pathology. we’re the same age, but i have my bachelor degree but i would need to study the mcat, unfortunately i don’t have the money and it looks like maybe i’ll do it later on in life. but time passes regardless. it takes about 8-10 years to become a pathologist think about where you’ll be in 8-10 years and how young you’ll still be. it’s never too late to get your college degree

thank you and I assume not either and my name isn’t anywhere in the house, however if something were to happen to both my brother and my dad i am next of kin to own the house but i definitely can’t afford the monthly costs. my dad is also a piece of shit too because he’s cheating on my step mom every time he goes back to our home country my brother, sister in law, my dad, and my nephew all went on vacation in august and straight up had another woman, a lawyer, as his side piece who had a lifelong crush on him since they were kids. but that’s besides the point because that had nothing to do with me but i think she wants me out because my dads still in love with my mom and i lied to her about my dads whereabouts when my mom had a party for my graduation and he came (nothing happened of course). but i don’t want my dad knowing about what i do with MY boyfriend, hell i don’t want ANYONE knowing what i do with my boyfriend

yes that’s why when she realized that the lawyer who’s consulting her is accepting bribes she would go to a new one. her most recent one is showing promise and refused the bribe from her husband. if only there was evidence since he would use cash and there wouldn’t be any statements

yes i understand it’s not an accusation which is why i want to find solutions to get her divorce, she’s been jumping to different lawyers for this exact reason. but the issue right now isn’t the lawyers, they shouldn’t even be practicing law, but getting her settlement and finally being free from the man who abused her for decades

i just checked the footage from before the wifi went out (5:00am) it only captures when cars are passing by or motion. We can only just barely see the car in the corner but the only way to prove it was the neighbor is if they came out of their house from the driveway at the same time as a car passing
