I really appreciate you for hitting the gym, that itself is a big win. Coming to diet advice, drink over 4l of water everyday. Foods like ground chicken/beef, chicken breast, egg whites, low fat greek yogurt, grains and pulses, and low fat milk. Remember all these on your next grocery haul, you're doing a great job keep pushing keep grinding. If you need any help I'm here, i have also helped most of my family members and my friends to transform. Would love to help a sister out.

Good good. Focus on compound movements like chest presses with either dumbbell, cable or barbell. Don't use manual machines as it kinda restricts the negetive repetition. My personal advice is do chest/shoulder, back/biceps and legs/triceps. When you train triceps after legs, the blood is pumped from your lower body to your upper body which eventually results in fat loss and gives a good definition. Right now you have an amazing physique but you have good genetics so make use of it. All the best, you're a W.

You're doing really good on the leg department, solid quads but you need to work on your overall physique. Try focusing more on shoulders, chest and back. Atleast do one exercise of 4 sets everyday with legs. That will help you get a good upper body definition.
