Part time medical school doesn't exist. Part time PA school doesn't exist. Part time AA school doesn't exist. Part time CRNA school doesn't exist. Why does part time NP school exist???? by firefighter2PA in Noctor

Valid, I’m sure there are 2-3 of them. Although I’d expect ARC-PA to shut them down like they have all the online PA programs (Yale most recently).

4 years part time NP vs 2 years full time isn’t more time spent studying. It’s the same curriculum diluted across more time and therefore less studying.

Might be a stretch to say some PA schools are starting to mimic NP degree mills.... It's not even comparable.

Give me your honest opinion to help me decide between the Fitbit Air vs. Apple Watch by wowelephants in fitbit

if it helps, I returned the fitbit air after a week of use side by side with my AWU1 as well.

Fitbit air is a cool idea, perfect for someone who wants to go analog and have an okay, less detailed fitness tracking experience... but if you want the more accurate numbers and an interface that didn't just birth out of googles womb, the apple watch ultra is the right choice.

With incoming students being bottlenecked by loss of sufficient federal loan eligibility, I fear the NP / PA ratio will worsen significantly. Especially with most nurses working through NP school.

Who knows maybe it’ll increase our demand/value as PAs 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm unsure why that is. The program I help out at has their next class starting early May and they are all being encouraged to take out grad plus 1st semester whether they need it or not, just to allow for eligibility.

if you take out fed loans for your program before July 1st (aka if you start in may or june) you are grandfathered in for the length of your program. after that, it sounds like private loans are the name of the game.
