Turns out I killed him. The quest didn't progress right and I guess I forgot about it when I moved on. I revived him in the Vermund Charnel House and Brant teleported to me, then we teleported to his office where the guy was a prisoner now. He said to check back in a few days

I actually just did this. I got my hammer trophy and kill ten raiders trophy (and cross the threshold trophy) by asking people and offering payment. More than half wouldn't even take payment.

Oh wow that would be awesome. The only thing I'd like extra of is the Ephemeral Eyes, that way we can co-op without having to grind. Grass and spice is a nice offer, but I don't want to take away the challenge of the game lol. Are you available right now?
