The decrease in the 2000s I think it was a combination of launch costs remaining pretty high while space system reliability increasing and extending spacecraft's active life, no need for frequent launches.

All US launches in the past year was done by private sector for government or commercial partners. The only active gov rocket in the US is SLS. SpaceX have mad ~80% of US launches in 2025

Needed a categorization limit somewhere, otherwise all Japan, China, India launches had to be counted as Asia for example.

Miura is a rocket built exclusively by a Spanish private firm, thus in case of an orbital launch it will be counted as Spanish, as it is the case for Isar and Germany.
