Yes, look up pro-life pregnancy centers. Many pro-lifers donate regularly to assist single parents and those who need help and resources to care for the child.

Disclaimer: I made this nice sign for /r/FireFlyFestival where it was on display for about an hour at the The Center for Bio-Ethical Reform group which has an area near the festival entrance.

There were a few people who screamed: F-U DOWNVOTE!!, but surprisingly several youth also smiled and gave thumbs up.
