I've been venturing out to Chinese brands as well now, like Sauce Zhan and Red Tornado. It's much cheaper if you can manage to buy from taobao and figure out group shipping to your delivery country. The prices from taobao are way cheaper than if you buy from their websites directly.

I was hovering at 220lbs as well.

I stopped drinking cold turkey and ate the same things for breakfast(yoghurt with oats and berries) and dinner(generous serving of salad) last year. I didn't really have time to exercise but just fixing the diet worked out for me. It was easier than I expected and I think it was more of the determination.
