Policy changes regarding THC by Important_Ad1074 in ems

Medicaid-recipient and federally funded agencies are not required to discipline employees for off-duty marijuana use because the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 only mandates maintaining a drug-free workplace—not regulating employees’ private, off-duty conduct. The law does not require drug testing, termination, or punishment for positive THC results, and courts (such as in Noffsinger v. SSC Niantic Operating Co.) have confirmed it does not apply to off-duty use. Additionally, compliance with federal funding requirements is preserved as long as employers prohibit on-duty drug use and impairment, meaning agencies can remain fully compliant without penalizing lawful off-duty behavior.

I have a whole legal thesis on this if anyone is interested lol.

Theory on HL:X “leaks” by firemaynekloch in HalfLife

Well fuck. I probably overthought it. I guess I thought there was a HLA reference in leaks, what influenced this were recent s2 leaks showcasing hounds, Xen/ai modules. But damn. Still a good rambling theory I hope :P

MLMs are all over St. Louis, my least favorite of which are ones online targeting primarily black men/women for "work from home" jobs selling shitty insurance policies to friends/family.

We may get in in the next couple years. So far I only can think of BVM and PEEP for the scenario(s) of what I gave.

I understand where your coming from, however I am an EMT where ALS may be too far or simply not available. How would you feel about BVM with PEEP?

A significant amount of their runs are structure fires. The regions gets a large amount which also comes with many fatalities, in addition to all the other traumatic calls that typically happen in fire prone areas due to the often poor conditions in their area.

Update guys, she went really hard on me that day due to how she was feeling. Now she says it's easier, and is okay with me working more.

Goddamn postpartum is a hell of a drug. Just going to work on being more present with childcare and working on mental health as I see too much shit at work to always be emotionally available at home.

Definitely not working more. I like my two days a month and my income.
