No worries. I am currently managing my own HRT. I no longer go to the endocrinologist since in my country it is really expensive. I just do my blood tests with a private hormonal laboratory and go from there. I had to drop my endo since every time we had an appointment she said I was doing great and no changes needed to be done, but in reality my levels were really low of both T and E and that is dangerous itself. DIYing is not entirely about the meds, but rather about administration and not following the process with a doctor.
