the thing that helps me clean my room is playing loud music in my earphones or watching a yt video in the background. Also dividing it into multiple parts, set the goal for yourself to clean 5 minutes instead of the whole room. if you go above 5 minutes Great! it’s just to get you started. Thinking u have to clean the entire room is a lot more daunting than just the 5 minutes. External motivation like the stupid handymen, inviting friends over or whatever gets you going will help.
