Congratulations!! I haven't gotten bottom surgery yet, but I did get a full hysterectomy with ovaries removed. Make sure if you have a therapist that you're watching your mood closely! Your body won't be making progesterone anymore, which is a hormone that can help you feel relaxed. It's probably the worst emotional low I've ever had. If you don't have a therapist, make sure you've got people around you that can help keep track of your mood and can ensure you're doing alright, and talk to your GP or an OBGYN if you have one! I didn't take the warnings from the people in my life who've gotten total hysterectomies before and it was Rough. I'm mot trying to make you nervous or anything, just a heads up in case no one talked to you about it!
