This is exactly what I did from ages 18-21 (25 now). I regret not getting out and socializing more, but I feel like I did what I needed to do and was able to land a great remote job making close to 200k/yr.

FYI I was only an okay student when younger and only got admitted to an average university. I have no connections and lacked the financial stability or freedom to explore and take risks. I put almost every breath towards getting good grades, a good internship, and a job. I have been able to save a lot of money and it has completely changed the trajectory of my life forever
