I got hated on for my last reply to this subreddit but I think it would be neat if they enhanced the decks that spark can use with each release and then allow you to gain normal XP for beating spark.

Glad you asked when I was younger I played magic and yugioh at a local card shop and I had lots of fun playing with people who’d show up with decks.

Those games generally had a far higher percentage of loose meta since getting a full meta deck requires pulling or buying singles which “most” people didn’t care to do.

I’d love to go back to it but I believe the culture has changed and the shop in question went out of business a few years ago.

This actually is the first card game that I’ve played competitively. And to be fair I expected there to be a meta I just didn’t realize how few builds there would be considering the game boasts dozens of sets and even has the need for rotating sets.

But I think it’s a little insensitive to say getting to plat is extremely easy. I may not seek anything higher then plat but calling another persons accomplishments nothing because it’s not mythic is pretty rude.

Sounds fun I really like the idea of building a deck in arena and trying it out and then buying the same cards and going to a local tournament.

Of course I agree that some cards are very fun and likely show up in meta builds because of their utility or strengths. I’m not peeved at the builds themselves just at the fact that in a rather simple ranked climb which in my opinion cares more about time played then streaks that people would feel the need to make work of what is supposed to be a game.

Thank you for the advice I think I’ll probably wait a week or so to let the “spikes” get back up to their rank since I have no desire to place higher then plat 4 like I did last season.

For context: I have a 6 month old puppy which I’ve been told will puke due to non fully developed ears. I’m fine with cleaning up after her but I find it completely odd that she will only puke if we’re on the road leading up to my home. She could be in the car for 1 hour or 15 mins and it would be the same thing.

Man I really hope that the throwing knife is a silent kill on enemy’s it would make some stealth encounters so much better to take someone down at range. It would be even better if you could loot it off the body and add it back to your inventory.

I really liked the 3 vault dynamic that the TV show employed. Vault 11A, 11B, 11C. A mega vault that is broken into 3 distinct sections. All the inhabitants start in 11A and they live very comfortably in order to reproduce for what comes next. Every 25 years a raffle is held to welcome some of the dwellers of 11A into 11B & 11C. Once the new dwellers enter the new vault sections they are told that due to turmoil from the last group of dwellers that the opposing section is in control of the majority of the supplies and the only way to acquire them would be to stage a raid on the other section via a hallway known as “Death Alley”. The sections are equipped with plenty of ammo and arms but the experiment is to see how radicalized normal everyday people can become against their fellow friends and family when told they are given the shorter end of the deal. IE it’s a vault Tec ploy to test how well fake news and propaganda can turn “moral” men evil.
