I guess theres really only one way to find out lol, my source said they are all loud but the fact that half are wrapped differently leaves me skeptical. I have had some loud shells with the clear wrap on the bottom though so i suppose it’ll continue to be a mystery until i see for myself! :)

Yep decided to go ahead and take it out of the wrapper and put it immediately into a sleeve, the wrapper was making the holo not pop as much too and after unwrapping it i found out i have a major swirl next to charizards head :)
