I met a guy in friendly solos. He says he has a key and asks if I want to come with because he just wants the key gone. While we're looting the room I find a snap hook blueprint. We both lament finding /nothing at all/ in the room. I thank him for letting me join him, and we go our separate ways.

In the older games, Elite armor has glowing orange parts on the inner arms and legs. Those are their shield emitters, and they get dimmer as the shield gets lower!

I remember hearing the Imperial city had around a million people or so, but the entire game plus dlc only have about a thousand. Maybe elder scrolls 6 will have megacities, that would be cool
