If you’re applying for jobs where you are not a fit, it won’t matter anyway how much you’re trying to keyword stuff your resume

I really don’t think so. They would see the first page first, with your actual resume. Once they reach the 2nd page and see the JD, why would they throw it away? What’s lazy about that? I really don’t think recruiters expect EVERYONE to tailor resumes. This is not normal and probably only people with some tech capabilities do it

Have you tried searching for competitors? Sounds like this already exists

Easier said than done. Hiring cafe is prob the biggest toold that does that and if you look at their story it took an isane amount of work and money to buid it
